Directions: 

From Interstate 26 (East or West): Take Exit 31 towards Elizabethton. Just after the overpass, take the first exit ramp to the right labeled Legion Street/Milligan Highway. After the stop sign, turn right as you pass a Shell Station/Deli Store. Travel one mile. You will pass the Pinecrest Branch of Carter County Bank, a Sunoco Market complex and the next building is Pinecrest Veterinary Clinic.

From Elizabethton:  Take the four lane expressway towards Johnson City. At the stoplight turn right onto Milligan Highway. You will pass Happy Valley Elementary School to the left. As you continue you will pass Milligan College on the left. The clinic is 1.7 miles from the Milligan College Entrance. It will be on the left side of the road.
