What to Expect During an Emergency Pet Visit
From the minute you arrive, we are ready to help stabilize your pet and treat them like family. You’ll be asked to fill out paperwork, and one of our technicians will evaluate your pet’s condition. Those who are in critical condition will be seen before pets who are currently stable.
After you and your pet are placed in an exam room for pet care services, your pet will be examined by one of our veterinarians. We will discuss treatment and provide an estimate of any procedure. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. For animals that require hospitalization, we ask for 50 percent down at the time you leave your pet. The balance must be paid when you return to pick your pet up.
